The Real Numbers To Sales Manager

IT IS NOT THE SYSTEM-IT IS THE INDIVIDUAL IN ITS APPLICATION:  I am able to share from personal experience with The Phoenix System. I've monitored successes and failures in my own group' the one most notable trait of the successful person has been their willingness to drive their stake in the ground, state their goal and then consistently pursue a plan of action to achieve their goal.

Ask yourself, "Have you clearly defined your goal and committed to a consistent action plan?

Yes, there is a LAW OF AVERAGES. Not a theory. A Law. As you grow and your numbers increase
you will find that your personal averages will surface.

As an illustration, the following numbers can be attained by those who are consistent in their application of the Phoenix System for building their business in their local area.

SHARING MY PERSONAL FLIGHT PLAN FOR RECRUITING:

I know that when I consistently place ads in my local newspapers, using The Phoenix System, an interesting result forms. It is now predictable as I have watched it work time and time again.

WORKING THE PROGRAM WITH LOCAL NEWSPAPER ADS:

1) For every 100 ad responses where people recorded a message I will actually meet with 50 of them in person. That means of the 100 responses I will never meet with 50 of them, regardless of messages and e-mail attempts re-awaken them.

2) For every 50 I meet in person 16 will go home with with a personal unit and be signed up as a Business Owner. (1 out of 3)

3) For every 2 Personal Units I place, I average one new FreshAir Success Pack, a new Senior Business Owner.

4) For every 10 New Senior Business Owners one will advance to Distributor Level.

5) For every 10 Distributors added one will advance to Sales Manager.

The person who remains consistent with this plan will become a Sales Manager, typically within 90-180 days. From that point, the Sales Manager who consistently works the program will average $100,000+ earnings per year.

WORKING THE PROGRAM WITH INTERNET LEADS:  (Yourbestleads.com)

The numbers on the internet are greater and less in different areas. They are greater in that we are able to work with more leads due to cost and availability. They are greater if we live in smaller communities where we are not able to access major newspapers or population centers. They are less in results if we use the internet only and not do personal meetings. However, the numbers are still profitable with the Phoenix System if using the internet alone.  Now, we are able to achieve local recruiting with Internet Area Code Real Time Biz Op Leads.

1) For every $200-$250 of Real Time Form Filled Biz Op Leads, applying recruiting techniques and disciplines taught in The Phoenix Recruiting System we will find sufficient interest with 5% of them where they obtain a Personal Unit. That is 5 Personal units out for each 100 leads; our cost for 100 leads is $550 on Auto-Order.

2) 50% of those receiving a Personal Unit will step forward and get a Fresh Air  Success Pack. That is 2-3 Fresh Success Packs.

3) This means 1-2 Fresh Air Fast Track Success Packs placed in your downline for every $200-$250 Real Time Form Filled Biz Op Leads.

4) For every 10 Success Packs, 1 will advance to Distributor.

5) For every 10 Distributors, 1 will advance to Sales Manager.

The person who remains consistent with this plan will become a Sales Manager, typically within 90-180 days. From that point, the Sales Manager who consistently works the program will average $100,000+ earnings per year.

WHAT IS THE MISSING INGREDIENT? Consistency.

AS YOU ADVANCE WORK BOTH AIR SALES AND RECRUITING:  Your air sales training in the prepares you well for providing accurate information to your Business Opportunity Leads about the product, how to demo the product and how to develop the wording to answer questions about the product. 

TREAT LEAD COSTS AS A BUSINESS INVESTMENT: Every business requires investment. The farmer has to buy seed to put in the ground, the real estate developer has to build his building before he can rent it, Boeing has to build massive hangars before they can start building airplanes. A Home Based Business is no different. To think and reason otherwise is an exercise in self deception.

ADVERTISING BUDGET: As you set your goals in EcoQuest you must set your advertising budget. If you have no money with which to do so, The Phoenix System teaches you how to convert inventory to cash flow, some of which can be used for your advertising budget. If you are fortunate enough to have access to $300-$500 to use for a CONSISTENT FLOW of prospects, then it is time to set the budget and make your investment. Use part of that surplus to re-invest into finding your Business Opportunity Seekers. They are out there looking.

RECOMMENDATION: Set your own goals. Initially set your goals for when you will make that next advancement in EcoQuest. Continue your goal statement up to Master Sales Manager. Then, set a plan in action and remain consistent with your plan.

I recommend to each of my own people that they do a 120 day advertising program, based on time and capital availability. Then, work the plan.
